Palenque Provisions started the way all great food traditions do at home, around the table, with family. The Mendez family has always believed that food isn’t just about eating; it’s about bringing people together. What started as home-cooked meals filled with bold flavors and time-honored recipes turned into something bigger. Andres Mendez, our Founder, wanted to share those same flavors with more people, and that’s how Palenque was born.
